Rahil is a research fellow at the "CRESCENT" Research Center. He is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations and Economics of Baku State University. Currently, he is studying for a master's degree in International Relations and European Politics program at Masaryk University of the Czech Republic. He focuses on the geopolitics of the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean, especially Türkiye’s foreign policy.
