Emir Gurbuz is an expert in international law. He graduated from Bahceshehir University Faculty of Law in 2015 and then worked as a research fellow at the Prague Institute of International Relations. He completed his master's in Law of War and Armed Conflict at the National Defense University and wrote his dissertation on Psychological Warfare and International Law. Since 2016, he has been the Managing Partner of Legart Law and Consulting Firm and currently serves as the Secretary General of the Turkish Atlantic Council and a member of the international board of the Atlantic Treaty Association.
